Recipe 1: Badam Halwa using Ariga Foods’ California Almonds



1 cup Ariga Foods’ California Almonds, soaked and peeled

1/2 cup brown sugar/ Jaggery

1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)

1/4 cup milk

A pinch of saffron strands

Cardamom powder for flavor

Chopped nuts for garnish



Grind the soaked and peeled almonds into a fine paste.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the almond paste. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Add sugar, milk, saffron, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.


Recipe 2: Kaju Katli using Ariga Foods' King Size Cashews



1 cup Ariga Foods' King Size Cashews, finely powdered

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

A few drops of rose water

Silver vark (optional)



Heat sugar and water in a pan until it forms a syrup of one-string consistency.

Add the powdered cashews and mix well. Cook until the mixture thickens.

Add rose water and mix again.

Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread evenly. Let it cool slightly.

Cut into diamond-shaped pieces and garnish with silver vark if desired.


Recipe 3: Gujiya with Dry Fruit Stuffing



1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. ghee

Water for kneading

Dry fruit stuffing: Ariga Foods' raisins, almonds, and cashews, finely chopped

Oil for frying



Prepare a dough using all-purpose flour, ghee, and water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out small discs from the dough and place a spoonful of dry fruit stuffing in the center.

Fold the discs and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the gujiyas until golden brown.

Drain excess oil and let it cool before serving.


Recipe 4: Colorful Mocktails with Ariga Foods Dried Fruits & Berries



Assorted Ariga Foods’ dried fruits & berries: strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, kiwi

Lemonade or soda water

Ice cubes

Mint leaves for garnish



Blend the assorted dried fruits with a little water to make a puree.

In a glass, add ice cubes and pour the dried fruit puree.

Top it up with lemonade or soda water.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
